Whenever we think about visiting India, places that come in our mind is a temple, ghat, rivers, parks, and more. You wonder if I tell you how I enjoyed the party and nightlife in India.
I am essaying here what I have experienced in India.
Pubs, Bars and Clubs
This is not the basic culture of India so pubs, bars, and clubs are basically entertained by the progressive middle and upper-class crowd. They are also populated by Indian males.
Weekend night (Sat and Sunday) are most crowded night in clubs. Ladies entries are free in the pubs and they are also served with free or discounted drinks.
Mumbai in India is the most progressive city and thatís why it has garnered the maximum number of pubs and bars.
The city of Goa is popular for outdoor psychedelic trance parties. Basically, parties are organized in the surrounding area of Arambol, Anjuna, Morjim, Palolem, and Vagator.
People also choose Manali and Kasol for outdoor parties in Himachal Pradesh.
Amid the party going on, police entry can thrash the party unless you give a fair amount of bribe to them.
Prohibition and Dry Days
India is known for its holy culture; has so many prohibition and dry days applied in different states to maintain the decorum of the India culture.
Gujarat is known as a dry state where you cannot have alcohol without a permit. Any foreigner visiting India can ask for 30 days of the permit.
Lately, liquor is also banned in Bihar. There is a partial prohibition in Nagaland and Manipur. The Kerala state was also restricted earlier, but the ban was put down seeing the negative impact of tourism in the state.
Are you also excited about partying in India, so apply for India tourist visa and explore the night-life in India?
